Payment terms will be outlined in the contract. A deposit may be required prior to the commencement of work, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Late payments may incur additional fees. The Colony Concrete Co reserves the right to withhold services until payment is received in full.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a project, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellation fees may apply if materials have been purchased or work has commenced. The Colony Concrete Co reserves the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Warranties

The Colony Concrete Co provides a limited warranty on workmanship for all projects, which will be specified in your contract. Materials used are subject to manufacturer warranties. We are not responsible for damages caused by natural disasters, misuse, or alterations made by third parties after project completion.

6. Liability

The Colony Concrete Co is fully licensed and insured. However, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from our services. Clients are responsible for maintaining a safe environment for our team during the project.
